Privacy at Free Daily UK Spins: What We Collect, Why, and Your Rights
You can read every page of this site without telling us who you are. This notice explains, under UK GDPR, the small amount of personal data the site does handle, who else sees it, how long each piece is kept and how to use your rights, all in about four minutes.
Who is responsible for your data
The controller is the operator of freedaily-ukspins.uk, called “we” throughout this notice. For anything about your data, write to contact@freedaily-ukspins.uk and put “Privacy request” in the subject line.
What we collect, and why
Four moments create personal data on this site. Here is each one, with the reason and the lawful basis UK GDPR asks us to name:

There are no accounts to create here. We never ask for card details or identity documents, so please keep them out of any email you send.
Who else sees it
- Our hosting provider runs the servers and holds the logs on our behalf.
- Google handles analytics data when you allow it, as described in Google’s privacy policy.
- Casinos and affiliate networks receive the click details when you follow a link to them, and may set cookies of their own. From that moment their privacy policies govern what happens, not this one.
- Our email provider stores the messages you send us and our replies.
We do not sell personal data to anyone, and we never pass your name or email address to a casino.
Data that leaves the UK
Some providers, Google among them, may handle data outside the UK, including in the United States. When that happens, the transfer has to rest on a safeguard UK law recognises, such as UK adequacy regulations (the UK-US data bridge is one) or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long each piece is kept

Your rights, in plain words
- See it. Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Fix it. Have anything inaccurate put right.
- Delete it. Ask us to erase it, unless the law makes us keep it.
- Pause it. Ask us to stop using it while a question is sorted out.
- Object. Say no to any use that rests on our legitimate interests.
- Move it. Receive data you gave us in a common, machine-readable format, where that right applies.
- Change your mind. Withdraw consent to analytics whenever you like; that does not undo what happened before.
Requests cost nothing. We may ask you to confirm who you are, and we answer within one month. If a request is complex, UK GDPR lets us take up to two further months, and we will tell you if that applies.

Tell us first if you can, since most problems are faster to fix that way. You may also go to the Information Commissioner’s Office at any time, online at ico.org.uk or by phone on 0303 123 1113.
Under-18s
The site is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have, we delete it.
When this notice changes
If this notice changes, so does the date at the top. Cookies have a page of their own, cookies on this site, and general questions go through the contact page.
