Contact Free Daily UK Spins: Corrections, Questions and Privacy Requests

One address reaches us: contact@freedaily-ukspins.uk. Run through the two-minute checklist below before you press send, so we can act on your message without a second round of questions.

Email is the only way in: there is no phone line and no chat window. Every message is read, and we aim to answer within a week. Privacy requests get a full answer within one month, the time UK GDPR allows.

A two-minute checklist before you send

  1. Pick a subject line from the table further down, so your message lands in the right pile.
  2. Paste the page address. The full address from your browser bar saves us a search.
  3. Quote the line. Copy the figure or sentence you mean, word for word.
  4. Say what is true now. If a casino has changed its terms, tell us what they say and the date you read them; a screenshot helps.
  5. Leave out anything sensitive. Never send passwords, card numbers, bank details or identity documents; nothing we do needs them.

Which subject line to use

Subject lineUse it forWhat happens next
CorrectionAn offer has changed, a figure looks wrong or a link is brokenWe compare the page with the published source and fix it if you are right
QuestionHow a number was worked out, or what a term meansWe explain it, or point you to the part of how we rate offers that does
Privacy requestSeeing, correcting or deleting data we hold, or objecting to how it is usedA full answer within one month; we may first check that the request really comes from you
ComplaintAnything on a page that you think is misleading or unfairWe look into it and reply; the Advertising Standards Authority is open to you as well
BusinessCasinos, affiliate programmes and other companiesAnswered from the same inbox; nothing buys a place or a better write-up, and ordering follows value after terms

For privacy requests, our privacy notice lists your rights in full. Complaints about advertising can also go straight to the Advertising Standards Authority.

What we cannot do for you

We are a comparison site, not a casino. We cannot open, close or unlock an account, move or refund money, lift a limit, or see your play history anywhere. For any of that, go to the casino itself.

If you have a dispute, the route depends on the licence. A casino licensed by the Gambling Commission must finish its own complaints process within eight weeks and then tell you which independent dispute service (ADR) can review your case. The Commission does not settle individual complaints, but its public register shows who holds a licence. The casinos we write about are licensed offshore, so no UK body can step in: your routes there are the casino’s own process and whatever its licence, printed in the terms, provides.

If gambling is the problem

Do not wait for an email from us. Ring the National Gambling Helpline free on 0808 8020 133, at any hour of the day or night; GamCare runs it. Our safer gambling page lists blocking tools and other free support, with a first step for each.

18+ only. If a message to us is about money you cannot afford to lose, talk to someone today rather than waiting for a reply. GambleAware lists free, confidential help.
