Deposit £10, Get 200 Free Spins, No Wagering Requirements: Is the Win Cap per Day or in Total?
Larger, wagered welcome packages at offshore-licensed casinos ask a good deal more, each one showing its licence and full terms, and none of them opening below £20 or €20. Two hundred no-wager spins for £10 is a smaller welcome you look for at UK-licensed casinos, and once you have found one, the clause to read first is the win cap: its size, and whether it counts per day or across the whole offer. On our Classic model slot a £5 cap left the spins’ average at £12.96 when it applied to each daily batch of 50, and at £5.00 when it applied to all 200.

€1,000 in matches and 150 spins, split over your first three deposits (300% combined) Deposit needed 35x wagering where the others ask 40x, a €5 bet limit and spin winnings you keep without wagering. The friendliest terms on this board by offshore standards: 35x instead of 40x, two weeks to finish, a published €5 bet limit and spin winnings with no wagering on them. Five deposits unlock as much as €5,000, 500 spins and a €650 free bet Deposit needed The biggest headline here, €5,000 and 500 spins, but it takes five deposits and 40x on everything. Reaching the €5,000 headline means paying in €1,000 on five separate occasions. Start with €20 instead and the opening match adds €20 that you must play through 40 times: €800 of stakes, which costs about €32 on a 96% slot, more than the bonus itself. Each batch of spins can return €100 at most and expires a day after it lands. Checked Oct 2026 18+ · New customers · T&Cs apply. Worth on paper: the bonus at the minimum deposit less the expected cost of clearing its wagering on a 96% slot.
Ten pounds in, 200 spins out, and whatever they win is cash. As welcomes go that is a generous one, and UK-licensed casinos are where it lives. The step up is an offshore package: it needs £20 or €20 and wagers its bonus 35x to 40x, under a licence from outside Britain.
With no wagering to worry about, the clause that decides your result moves elsewhere, usually to one line that limits what the spins can win. Two words in that line matter more than the number in it: “per day” or “in total”. This guide measures both, and the unit the cap is written in, pounds or a multiple of something.
For other welcome shapes, from matches to drip packages, see our welcome bonus guide.
200 cash spins for £10: the plan in five lines
- Look for it at UK-licensed casinos. A £10 package with 200 wager-free spins is a welcome that licensees can offer. The bigger offshore packages need £20 or €20 and carry 35x to 40x, so they are a different deal.
- Confirm the winnings are cash. If they turn out to carry 10x after all, the middle result for the package falls from £23.30 to £8.39 in our runs.
- Find the cap, then its unit. “£5 per day” on 50 spins a day kept £12.96 of the £19.17 average; “£5 in total” kept exactly £5.00.
- Turn multiples into pounds per batch. “Four times the value of each day’s spins” means £20 a day at 10p and 50 spins a day, but only £10 a day if the spins are worth 5p.
- Collect every day’s batch. Each 50-spin batch is worth £4.80 on average for about two minutes of play.
Get those five right and the package is close to the best small welcome a UK player can find. Get the cap’s unit wrong and a 200-spin offer can shrink to a £5 prize.
The cap check: six questions, five minutes
Open the offer’s terms beside this table and answer each question in order. The figures use 200 spins at 10p released as 50 a day for four days, simulated on our Classic model.
| Question | Where the answer sits | What it does to 200 spins at 10p |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Is there a cap at all? | The free spins clause: look for “maximum winnings”, “max win” or “capped at” | With no cap the spins averaged £19.17 and the package’s middle result was £23.30. |
| 2. Per day, per batch or in total? | The same sentence, read next to the crediting schedule | A £10 cap per daily batch kept £15.48; the same £10 on all 200 kept £9.81. |
| 3. Pounds or a multiple, and a multiple of what? | Phrases such as “times the value”, “x the stake” or “x the spins’ value” | Convert to pounds per batch: 4 × the £5 value of a 50-spin day at 10p is £20 a day. |
| 4. Does the cap sit above the cash-out floor? | The payments page | A spins cap no higher than the minimum withdrawal means the spins alone may never be withdrawable. |
| 5. Are the winnings cash? | The payout line in the offer terms | With 10x on the winnings and no cap, the package’s middle result fell to £8.39. |
| 6. What is one spin worth? | The spins clause, or the stake shown when they load | A cap in pounds bites harder on 10p spins than on 5p ones; a cap written as a multiple keeps the same share at any value. |
Questions two and three settle what the cap is really worth; four and five settle whether the money can leave. If the terms leave any of them unanswered, ask support before you deposit and keep the reply. For a no-wager offer at half the size, the £5 for 100 spins guide runs a five-minute test of whether “no wagering” is true.
What £10 and 200 cash spins hand back
Start with the arithmetic, then the spread. Your £10 is usually staked once on slots to release the spins, and on a slot returning 96% that costs 4p in the pound. The spins then pay their average on top, as cash.
Your £10, staked once: £10 × 0.96 = £9.60 back on average
200 spins at 10p: 200 × £0.10 × 0.96 = £19.20
Package: £9.60 + £19.20 = £28.80, a gain of £18.80 over the deposit
Where the spins arrive on the deposit alone, with no stake required, the 40p cost disappears and the expected total is £29.20. To see the spread, the package ran 200,000 times on our “Classic” model slot, a medium-volatility design with a 96.0% return, a win of some size on 25.8% of spins and a feature roughly every 160th spin. Each session staked the £10 as 100 spins at 10p, banked what came back, then played the 200 free spins as four daily batches of 50 with every penny paid as cash.
| Measure | £10 staked once, no offer | The 200 spins alone | £10 plus 200 cash spins |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mean | £9.60 | £19.17 | £28.77 |
| Middle result | £6.96 | £15.01 | £23.30 |
| Bottom tenth under | £3.85 | £9.50 | £15.74 |
| Top tenth over | £14.69 | £29.42 | £43.65 |
| Top hundredth over | £74.58 | £87.57 | £101.78 |
| Reached £10 | 25.0% | 87.1% | 99.9% |
| Reached £20 | 5.2% | 25.0% | 68.1% |
| Reached £50 | 1.3% | 2.9% | 6.5% |
| Reached £100 | 0.2% | 0.4% | 1.1% |
The middle player turned £10 into £23.30, a gain of £13.30, and 99.9% ended with at least the tenth they paid. Even the bottom tenth finished above £15.74. One more cross-check is worth knowing: if the spins turn out to be worth 5p rather than 10p, the package is worth £9.60 + £9.60 = £19.20 on paper, exactly what £10 with 100 spins at 10p is worth, so check the spin value before you count it as 200. Those are uncapped figures, though, and a cap removes from the top of this table, where much of the £28.77 mean is earned: the top hundredth’s £101.78 is exactly what a modest cap takes away.
The cash-out floor is rarely the problem here
Many cashiers set £10 as the smallest withdrawal. Because the package includes what your £10 returned, 99.9% of sessions finished at or above that line, so on an uncapped cash package the floor almost never stands between you and your money. The spins alone reached £10 in 87.1% of sessions, which matters only if the terms keep spin winnings in a separate pot until a threshold is met. Read the payments page anyway: a floor of £20 or more would leave about a third of sessions (31.9%) short, since 68.1% reached £20.
The cap’s first unit: per day or in total
A cap only trims a batch that beats it. One 50-spin batch at 10p averaged £4.79 in our runs with a middle result of £3.13, and it reached £5 in 24.4% of batches, £10 in 6.6%, £20 in 2.2% and £50 in 0.6%. All 200 spins together reached £20 in 25.0% of sessions. That gap is why the unit matters: a daily limit only touches the occasional big day, while a total limit catches any good run across the week.
| Spins’ mean kept (uncapped £19.17) | One cap on all 200 | Per 100 (two days) | Per 50 (four days) | Per 40 (five days) | Per 20 (ten days) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| £5 cap | £5.00 | £9.48 | £12.96 | £13.54 | £14.55 |
| £10 cap | £9.81 | £14.11 | £15.48 | £15.67 | £16.01 |
| £20 cap | £15.06 | £16.37 | £16.76 | £16.83 | £16.97 |
| £50 cap | £17.64 | £17.88 | £17.99 | £18.01 | £18.06 |
| £100 cap | £18.60 | £18.65 | £18.66 | £18.66 | £18.67 |
Read the table from left to right and every cap gets cheaper as it is split into more pieces. A £5 cap on the whole package turns 200 spins into a £5 prize; the same £5 applied to each of ten daily batches of 20 keeps £14.55, three quarters of the average. From £50 upwards the wording barely matters, because a cap that high only clips the rare large bonus round, whichever way it is phrased.
The same caps, seen as a whole package
| Cap wording, 50 spins a day | Package mean | Middle result | Package reaches £20 | Package reaches £50 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| No cap | £28.77 | £23.30 | 68.1% | 6.5% |
| £20 per day | £26.36 | £23.30 | 68.1% | 3.0% |
| £20 in total | £24.66 | £23.12 | 68.1% | 2.0% |
| £10 per day | £25.08 | £22.88 | 67.7% | 2.2% |
| £10 in total | £19.42 | £16.81 | 24.2% | 1.4% |
| £5 per day | £22.56 | £20.38 | 53.3% | 1.6% |
| £5 in total | £14.60 | £11.96 | 9.5% | 1.3% |
A £20 limit, daily or total, leaves the typical player’s evening untouched; it only removes the long shots, halving or worse the chance of a £50 finish. Small totals are a different matter. “£10 in total” drags the middle result from £23.30 to £16.81 and the chance of reaching £20 from 68.1% to 24.2%, so treat a small total cap as a different, smaller offer. How the same idea works on 100 spins, with the package’s own figures, is in the £10 for 100 spins guide.
The cap’s second unit: pounds, or a multiple of something
Caps are not always printed as a sum of money. Some terms set them as a multiple, and the base of that multiple changes everything. Convert each one to pounds per batch at the spin value you are getting before you compare.
| The terms say | The multiple is of | In pounds: 50 a day at 10p | In pounds: 50 a day at 5p |
|---|---|---|---|
| “Maximum £20 per day” | Nothing: a fixed sum | £20 a day | £20 a day |
| “Up to 4 times the value of each day’s spins” | That day’s spin value (50 × 10p = £5) | £20 a day | £10 a day |
| “Winnings capped at 1 times the value of the free spins” | All 200 spins (£20 at 10p) | £20 in total | £10 in total |
| “Winnings capped at 5 times the value of the free spins” | All 200 spins | £100 in total | £50 in total |
The two kinds behave differently when the spin value changes. At 5p, 200 spins average about £9.59, half of £19.17. A fixed “£20 per day” then keeps £8.87 of that, 92.5%, because half-size wins rarely reach £20. A “4 times each day’s value” cap shrinks with the spins to £10 a day and keeps £8.38, the same 87.4% share it keeps at 10p. So a cap in pounds is kinder to low-value spins, while a multiple keeps the same share at any value. Neither is better in itself; the pounds-per-batch figure at your spin value is what you compare. For more on what spin value does to a package, see the £5 for 200 spins guide.
A win cap is not a withdrawal limit
A cap on what free spins can win is a term of the promotion. A ceiling on how much of your own balance you may withdraw is something else, and regulators have taken a dim view of it: on 29 August 2018 Jumpman Gaming and Progress Play gave the CMA undertakings not to impose maximum withdrawal limits or confiscate money from inactive accounts, and on that same date the Gambling Commission told the industry as a whole to get rid of unfair withdrawal restrictions. If terms seem to limit what you can take out of a cash balance rather than what the spins can win, ask support to explain before you play.
Five cap clauses, priced: which wording leaves you most
Here is the cap check run on five wordings of the kind you will meet in a spins clause. They are illustrations written for this page, not any casino’s real terms. Each is applied to the same package, 200 spins at 10p as 50 a day for four days, and valued from the Classic simulation above.
| Illustrative wording | Unit once decoded | Spins’ mean kept | Rank |
|---|---|---|---|
| “Maximum cash-out from free spins: £100.” | £100 on the whole offer | £18.60 | 1 |
| “Free spin winnings are capped at £50.” | £50 on the whole offer | £17.64 | 2 |
| “Maximum winnings from free spins: £20 per day.” | £20 per daily batch of 50 | £16.76 | 3 |
| “Each day’s free spins may win up to 2 times their value.” | 2 × £5 = £10 per daily batch | £15.48 | 4 |
| “Winnings from these free spins may not exceed £10.” | £10 on the whole offer | £9.81 | 5 |
Two lessons come out of the ranking. First, a bigger number usually wins, but not always: the £10 daily cap in row four, written as a multiple, beats the £10 total in row five by £5.67, because it is applied four times. Second, wording that sounds strict can be mild in practice. “£20 per day” reads like a tight limit, yet it keeps 87.4% of the spins’ value, while “may not exceed £10” sounds similar and keeps barely half.
When a clause is ambiguous, for instance “maximum win £20” with no “per day” and no “in total”, read it the strict way, as a total, until support confirms otherwise in writing. If the answer is “per day”, you have gained £1.70 of average value on this package (£16.76 against £15.06); if it is “in total”, you priced it correctly from the start.
The slot behind the cap: why the same clause costs more on a spiky game
A cap removes the big days, and how much of a slot’s value sits in big days depends on its volatility. The same 200 cash spins at 10p, in four daily batches of 50, were run on five of our model slots: 100,000 sessions each, with the Classic figures taken from the 200,000-session run above.
| Model slot | Uncapped mean | Uncapped middle result | £20 per day: kept | £20 in total: kept | £10 per day | £10 in total |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Steady (low volatility) | £19.22 | £17.92 | £18.96 (98.6%) | £17.26 (89.8%) | £18.28 | £9.99 |
| Classic (medium) | £19.17 | £15.01 | £16.76 (87.4%) | £15.06 (78.6%) | £15.48 | £9.81 |
| Bass-style (medium-high) | £19.32 | £14.91 | £16.75 (86.7%) | £15.03 (77.8%) | £15.41 | £9.83 |
| Spiky (high) | £19.07 | £13.26 | £14.76 (77.4%) | £13.61 (71.4%) | £13.80 | £9.46 |
| Book-style (high) | £19.16 | £12.03 | £14.24 (74.3%) | £12.87 (67.2%) | £12.80 | £9.19 |
Uncapped, the five models sit within 25p of each other on the mean, from £19.07 to £19.32. Capped, they spread out. On the Steady model a £20 daily cap costs almost nothing, 98.6% kept, because its days rarely get that big. On the Book-style model, set to Book of Dead’s published 96.21% default and 5,000x top win, the same clause keeps 74.3%. The Bass-style model follows Big Bass Bonanza’s published 96.71% and 2,100x and lands close to Classic. These are models, not the real games, whose pay tables are not public. The working rule: a cap matters most when the named slot is a high-volatility one, so read the game’s volatility rating along with the cap.
A cap or 10x wagering: which costs less?
Sometimes the alternative to a capped cash offer is an uncapped one with wagering. Here are the same £10 and 200 spins at 10p, four ways, on the Classic model. The 10x version staked the winnings at 10p until ten times had been played or a stake could not be covered, over 100,000 sessions.
| £10 deposit, 200 spins at 10p | Cash, no cap | Cash, £20 cap per day | Cash, £10 cap in total | 10x on winnings, no cap |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Formula value of the package | £28.80 | Not priced by the formula | Not priced by the formula | £21.12 |
| Mean | £28.77 | £26.36 | £19.42 | £24.09 |
| Middle result | £23.30 | £23.30 | £16.81 | £8.39 |
| Reached £20 | 68.1% | 68.1% | 24.2% | 22.8% |
| Reached £50 | 6.5% | 3.0% | 1.4% | 12.2% |
| Finished the wagering | Not needed | Not needed | Not needed | 22.6% |
10x: £19.20 × (1 − 10 × 0.04) = £11.52, plus the £9.60 your deposit returns = £21.12
A daily cap is a small price: it leaves the middle result exactly where it was and costs only some of the long shots. Wagering is a big one: the middle result drops from £23.30 to £8.39, because in most sessions the winnings run out during the play-through. The 10x version does produce more £50-plus finishes, 12.2%, simply because it is more gambling. Even a stingy “£10 in total” cap beats 10x on the middle result (£16.81 against £8.39), though not on the mean. And time: the cash package is 300 spins, 12 minutes 30 seconds at the 2.5-second minimum; 10x adds about 1,920 spins, 80 minutes more. If 300 spins for the same tenner tempts you, the £10 for 300 spins guide prices that bigger drip package.
Fifty a day: running the four-day schedule
Batches make the offer a short daily habit, and each day you skip costs about 50 × £0.10 × 0.96 = £4.80 of average value. Collect three days of four and the spins are worth £14.40 on average; two days, £9.60. A 50-spin batch takes 2 minutes 5 seconds at the legal minimum pace, autoplay is banned on UK online slots, and on the Classic model each batch has a 26.9% chance of reaching the bonus round.
| Day | What to do | Time it takes | Average value at stake |
|---|---|---|---|
| Day 0 | Register, pass the age and ID check, set a £10 deposit limit | About 10 minutes | Nothing yet |
| Day 1 | Opt in, pay £10 by debit card, stake it as 100 spins at 10p, play batch one, check the balance shows cash | About 6 minutes of spinning | £9.60 of your own money back, plus £4.80 |
| Day 2 | Play batch two at your usual time | 2 minutes 5 seconds | £4.80 |
| Day 3 | Play batch three | 2 minutes 5 seconds | £4.80 |
| Day 4 | Play batch four, then request a withdrawal if you are over the floor | 2 minutes 5 seconds, plus the request | £4.80 |
Three habits make the schedule work. Verify before you deposit, because a licensed casino has had to check your age and identity before any play since 7 May 2019, and a batch can lapse while a document waits. Use a debit card, since credit cards have been barred from gambling since 14 April 2020. And set one daily reminder: free spins usually lapse within 24 hours to 7 days of landing, and a batch that expires is gone, not carried forward.
If the batches stay open longer
Some schedules credit each batch whether or not you log in and leave it open for several days. Then a missed day can be caught up, and the plan above becomes “play whatever is waiting, every other day”. Check which kind you have on day one: if the batch appears only when you log in, or vanishes after 24 hours, treat the daily reminder as part of the offer.
Price one batch, then the package
Because caps often work per batch, this calculator starts on a single day: 50 spins at 10p, no wagering, a 96% slot and a £20 cap. Change the inputs to your offer’s batch size, spin value, slot RTP and cap, then multiply the result by the number of batches and add 96% of your deposit, £9.60 for £10.
The tool’s figure assumes any requirement is played in full and treats a cap simply; the per-batch tables above show what a cap really removes in simulated play. Use both: the tool to compare offers quickly, the tables to judge a cap’s unit.
UK brands to check for wager-free spins
Nothing here claims that a brand is running a £10, 200-spin package today; a brand’s own promotions page on the day is the only proof. The facts below tell you where wager-free spins fit a brand’s usual style and what record sits behind each licence. Every one is licensed by the Gambling Commission, so you get the 10x ceiling, ID checks before play, Gamstop Online and a cashier without credit cards or crypto.
Start with the no-wager names
MrQ, owned by Lindar Media, and PlayOJO, owned by SkillOnNet, are the brands best known for keeping wagering off every bonus. That makes them the obvious first stop for a cash-spins search and a good reference for how a clean payout line reads.
Casino-first brands inside bigger groups
Sky Vegas is the casino-led name in Flutter’s stable and the one most often mentioned alongside no-deposit spins. 888 Casino, online since 1997, advertised no-deposit spins for ten years; it now sits in evoke with William Hill, which joined the group in 2022, and the group’s heaviest penalties are £19.2m for William Hill (2023) and £9.4m for 888 (2022). 32Red is Kindred’s casino-first brand, with a largest penalty of £7.1m for the group (2023).
Platform brands and frequent offers
Jackpotjoy and Virgin Games run on Bally’s Gamesys platform, where welcomes usually take a £10 deposit and add extra play, and where existing customers see small promotions often. Mobile-first LeoVegas, owned by MGM Resorts, shares its licence and platform with BetMGM’s UK site, opened in 2023.
Wheels, groups and one welcome each
At Amazon Slots, a Jumpman Gaming site, the first-deposit welcome is a prize-wheel spin, so “200 spins” there would be the top segment, not the expected one. Entain runs Ladbrokes, Coral, PartyCasino and Gala Bingo among others, many on shared accounts, so one welcome usually covers the group; its largest penalty was £17m (2022). Betway, a combined sportsbook and casino with deposit-led welcomes, has a largest penalty of £11.6m (2020), and Betfred’s is £3.25m (2023).
Footer checks
Duelz, Voodoo Dreams, Dream Vegas, Magical Vegas, Mr.Play and All British Casino each show the licensed company and its Commission account number at the bottom of the page. A minute on the public register confirms the licence and lists any regulatory action against that company.
Offshore packages: bigger spin counts, wagered, from £20
Licences out here come from Anjouan, Curaçao or Costa Rica, printed in the terms; none comes from the Gambling Commission and none is tied to Gamstop. The shape is a multi-deposit welcome package rather than a £10 deal: £20 or €20 is the smallest first deposit, 150 to 500 free spins are released across several deposits, and the play-through is 35x to 40x. A headline adds up to 300% across three deposits, elsewhere a 200% first-deposit match starts it, in places matches are spread over five deposits and somewhere a free bet is thrown in. The terms note that documents are needed before a first withdrawal, and some say spin winnings are paid as cash.
The cap check on this page applies there too: if an offer’s terms limit spin winnings, find the unit and convert it. And where spin winnings carry the package’s wagering instead of being paid as cash, the formula gives them a negative value. At an assumed 10p a spin:
150 spins: £14.40 × (1 − 35 × 0.04) = −£5.76 at 35x, and £14.40 × (1 − 40 × 0.04) = −£8.64 at 40x
500 spins: £48.00 × (1 − 35 × 0.04) = −£19.20 at 35x, and £48.00 × (1 − 40 × 0.04) = −£28.80 at 40x
Paid as cash, the same counts would average £14.40 and £48.00. That single line in an offer’s terms is worth more than the headline count.
Offshore “no wagering” claims elsewhere
Further down the market, offshore sites advertise 200 spins for less, often with “no wagering” in the banner. Mystake and Donbet are two of the five Curaçao brands owned by Santeda International B.V.; neither is on the UK register or in Gamstop, both take crypto, their wagering has no cap, and the Commission cannot pursue a complaint about them. Kinghills, a recent Curaçao launch from a company running a network of sister sites, has no public track record and is pushed through “not on GamStop” pages. None of them is licensed in Great Britain, so a “no wagering” banner there has no regulator behind it. You would also be giving up Gamstop, the deposit-limit prompt, the 10x ceiling, the £5 and £2 stake limits on slots, the 2.5-second spin minimum, the ban on reversing a withdrawal and a complaints process capped at eight weeks with independent ADR to follow. Serving British players without a licence is the operator’s offence, not yours; losing those safeguards is what it costs you.
Red flags in a no-wager spins package
- “Max win £5” with no unit. Assume it means the whole offer until the terms say otherwise; on 200 spins at 10p that keeps £5.00 of a £19.17 average.
- A multiple with no base. “Winnings capped at 10x” means nothing until you know: 10 times the stake, the day’s spin value or the whole package’s value?
- A cap no higher than the cash-out floor. With a £10 cap in total and a £10 minimum withdrawal, the spins alone can never pay out more than the floor.
- “No wagering” with winnings in a bonus balance. A bonus balance always has a release rule; at 10x the package’s middle result fell to £8.39.
- Batches that appear only if you log in that day. Missed days are lost, at £4.80 of average value each.
- Any requirement above 10x, a sports bet to unlock, or crypto deposits. The first two have been off limits at licensed casinos since 19 January 2026, and the third is a strong hint the site lacks a British licence.
Four days, then stop
A four-day package is a built-in reason to come back, which is fine for four days and not beyond. Set the deposit limit at £10 when the site asks, a prompt every new customer has faced since 31 October 2025, and decide now that the offer ends on day four. If the daily log-in starts to feel like a pull rather than a plan, a time-out pauses the account for a period you choose, and Gamstop, which every licensed online operator has had to join since 31 March 2020, blocks them all with one registration. How these results were produced
Formula figures use 96% RTP: a sum staked once returns sum × 0.96; spins win spins × value × 0.96; and winnings B under a W-times requirement are worth B × (1 − W × (1 − RTP)) if every pound of it is staked. Caps are not priced by the formula, only by simulation. Times count 2.5 seconds per spin.
Simulations used our own model slots, not real games: chiefly the “Classic” model (medium volatility, 96.0% RTP, a win on 25.8% of spins, a feature about every 160 spins, a 3,000x ceiling). The main run had 200,000 sessions: £10 staked as 100 spins at 10p, then 200 free spins drawn as twenty blocks of 10, so the same draws could be grouped into daily batches of 20, 40, 50 or 100 and capped per batch or in total. The model comparison ran 100,000 sessions per model, and the 10x comparison 100,000 sessions with winnings staked at 10p. The 5p figures rescale the 10p results, which is exact because prizes are multiples of the stake. Rules and dates come from our fact sheets on the Gambling Commission and the CMA, and brand facts are limited to our brand sheet. How we rate offers covers the wider method.
£10 for 200 no-wager spins: questions
Where can I get 200 no-wagering spins for a £10 deposit?
Look at UK-licensed casinos, where a £10 deposit with 200 cash spins is a welcome the rules allow; check each brand’s promotions page on the day, then read the win cap and its unit before you opt in. The bigger offshore packages are a different proposition again, asking from £20 or €20 with 150 to 500 spins across several deposits and 35x to 40x wagering. Uncapped, the £10 package’s middle result on our Classic model was £23.30.
What does “maximum win £20 per day” do to 200 spins?
Very little. On 50 spins a day at 10p it kept £16.76 of the spins’ £19.17 average on our Classic model, 87.4%, and left the package’s middle result at £23.30. It mainly removes the rare very big day.
Is a cap per day better than a cap on the whole offer?
Yes, at the same figure. A £5 cap kept £12.96 per daily batch of 50 but only £5.00 on all 200 spins, and a £10 cap kept £15.48 against £9.81. From £50 upwards the difference is small.
What if the cap is written as a multiple?
Find what it multiplies and convert it to pounds per batch. “4 times each day’s spin value” on 50 spins at 10p is £20 a day; at 5p it is £10. “1 times the value of the free spins” on 200 spins at 10p is £20 in total.
How much does the package usually pay?
Uncapped and paid as cash, our 200,000 simulated sessions averaged £28.77 against a formula figure of £28.80, with a middle result of £23.30. 99.9% ended with £10 or more and 68.1% with £20 or more.
Which slot makes a cap hurt most?
A high-volatility one. A £20 daily cap kept 98.6% of the spins’ average on our Steady model but 74.3% on the Book-style model, because more of a spiky slot’s value comes from rare big days.
Is a win cap better or worse than 10x wagering?
A daily cap is far gentler. With a £20 cap per day the package’s middle result stayed at £23.30; with 10x on the winnings and no cap it fell to £8.39, and only 22.6% of sessions finished the play-through.
What happens if I miss a day?
If each day’s batch lapses after 24 hours, a missed day costs its average value, about £4.80 for 50 spins at 10p. Three days out of four leaves the spins worth £14.40 on average instead of £19.20.
Is a win cap the same as a maximum withdrawal limit?
No. A win cap limits what the free spins can win; a maximum withdrawal limit restricts how much of your balance you can take out. In August 2018 Jumpman Gaming and Progress Play undertook to the CMA not to impose maximum withdrawal limits, and the Commission warned the industry about unfair withdrawal restrictions the same day.
Do the offshore packages have caps too?
An offshore package publishes its full terms, so check there and apply the same unit test if spin winnings are capped. Packages out there also carry 35x to 40x wagering and need £20 or €20, and where spin winnings are wagered rather than paid as cash, 150 spins at an assumed 10p are worth −£5.76 at 35x on the formula.
